**This property requires a two-night minimum stay for all Friday and Saturday arrivals. A three-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 5/28/04-5/31/04, 7/2/04-7/5/04, 9/3/04-9/6/04, and 10/8/04- 10/11/04.**
Each of the air-conditioned guest rooms and suites feature beautifully furnished period antiques and a modern private bath. All rooms and suites are large and comfortable, each with its own motif and character, offering period wallpaper, romantic furnishings, and lovely views of surrounding Rockport. The penthouse suite also offers a large sitting area, which looks out over Rockport to the ocean, and a refrigerator. The carriage house features two cozy town homes each with cathedral ceilings, wide pine board floors, a kitchen, living and dining areas, and a private patio. |
